Pros
I really enjoyed my time here. PeerIQ is a rapidly growing fintech startup. Great management team, wonderful colleagues, an opportunity to get great exposure in the fintech industry in NYC, and to work in the heart of the marketplace lending industry, building great new SaaS cloud-based products to assist lenders, investors, etc. And the office is in a great location in Flatiron (and it's a sweet office at that)!
Cons
It's a startup, and it's really fast-paced, so if you're used to a cushy 9-5 job at Google, then this might not be the right fit for you (but then again, neither might any other high-octane rapidly-growing startup). That being said, it's very collegial, and for those who thrive in this kind of environment, I think PeerIQ has got the work/life balance just right.
