Pros

Everyone at the office understands and respected blocking off time to be with my family. This is rare in a tech environment. The office environment is really unique- a small, close knit office with everyone friendly and knows your name. I truly felt like I could sit and have lunch with everyone in the office. Management felt very approachable. Loved my customers and getting to spend time getting to know them.

Cons

The hours are long. I was based in Israel and worked with mainly US clients, so my days started at around 10AM and ended at around midnight, with a break in the middle for family. Salary is not competitive to Tel Aviv hi-tech market.

Pros

Competitive salary, great people, great environment. I had the opportunity of working with wonderful people and I enjoyed it a lot. Management will listen to what you have to say as well as HR. These are definitely exciting times ahead with the new partnership.

Cons

Decisions can take longer than they should at times.

Pros

Strong customer base — a chance to work directly with top-tier enterprise tech companies. High-touch customer success culture means you can stay close to customers, hear direct feedback, and can act on it quickly. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas. If you have a strong perspective and can execute, you’ll be given room to lead and grow. Also, cross-functional collaboration is encouraged.

Cons

The business was relying heavily on organic traffic, which created volatility in performance and forecasting. The company has gone through several organizational changes in a relatively short time and while efforts to grow are ongoing, progress can feel slow.
