- Very flexible and autonomous work style; - Opportunities to work across different domains; - Flat management structure and nice, intellectual people.
Cons
- Need to be better organised; - You have to keep a concrete vision of goals not to get drifted; - A bit too focused on look over function (that said, sometimes look is the function).
