Pros

A great company to work for with great fellow employees before being purchased by PCC. Advancement possibilities are available if you are willing to relocate. Decent salaries and bonuses.

Cons

Salaried employees work lots of overtime, which is required including late nights and weekends. There is little to no overtime for hourly employees. Benefits are poor with only 7 holidays per year.

1. The only good thing is the decent food in the cafeteria 2. Working here will give you insight as to what type of company you do not want to work for in the future. If you can get through this hell hole and last a couple of months, you will do good at any other company and appreciate other company's a whole lot more.

Cons

1. They do not care for their employees and only see them as a number 2. They get rid of long time employees and replace them with unqualified temps; in order to cut costs. 3. No vacation for full employees the first year 4. You are on call on weekends are not paid for it 5. They increase the quart goals each time so that they make it impossible to get a good quarter bonus. 6. The quarter bonus was once 2 cookies...... That is how cheap the company is. Before PCC the company had events, good quarter bonuses, they actually cared about the employees.

Small close knit quality team, received lots of support from coworkers, always felt voice was heard

Cons

Changing management, company was purchased twice while I worked there, meant a flux in top-down direction
