      Overall it is a very collaborative environment and the team is very welcoming to new hires. The teams have deep knowledge of the platform and industry and a general passion for helping solution for customers.

      Cons

      A lot to learn quickly, but everyone is quite helpful.

      Pros

      Persado has a strong, positive culture built on trust, collaboration, and ownership. The people are genuinely talented, thoughtful, and supportive, which makes working here both motivating and enjoyable. There’s a shared sense of purpose around the work, and the problems being tackled are meaningful and challenging. The company gives you the space to do great work, have work life balance, learn from smart colleagues, and have real impact.

      Pros

      Powerful product, evident by the names of the clients Smart people and eager to help each other Hybrid/remote with flexibility on what works best for everyone Great benefits (EEF on its own is amazing)

      Cons

      Because the AI industry moves so quickly, things change fast. It is not a predictable environment. Occasionally you will have early or late calls to sync with teammates in different time zones, though they try to be mindful of everyone's schedule.
