      None that are worth the nonsense and abuse that you have to put up with it

      Cons

      Culture of blame, being held responsible for things completely out of your control, and impossible to meet (unreasonable) expectations. If you are not Israeli you are already at a huge disadvantage. The language, time zone and work week differences (Israel work week is Sunday through Thursday) just add to the hellish environment. They will squeeze the life and soul out of you and expect you to be grateful for it.

      Pros

      Good experience in deploying PFM for banks.

      Cons

      Significantly ahead of their skates in terms of product capability vs sales and marketing pitch leading to high churn rates in customers and employees. Too big to liquidate but not growing fast enough to warrant further major investment. Cost cutting and focus on US market leaving other regions hung out to dry with reduced capacity to succeed with existing customers and prospects. Innovation has stalled over the last 3 years allowing competition to catch up and overtake.

      Enjoyed working with a lot of people and made some great friendships

      Cons

      Management have a couple toxic apples that sour the whole experience that are untouchable. Not enough resources and expecting staff to do long hours. Overselling and over promising, leaving services team to pick up the pieces with little support. No loyalty when it really counts.
