Cons
No major drawbacks. That said, remote work requires discipline and strong self-organization. For those who rely on in-person interaction to stay motivated, this company might be less suitable.

Time and again I will say that the best aspect about working in Perspective is getting to work with people I truly enjoy being around. It's the expertise people bring in combination with their energy that makes it a great environment to grow.
Cons
No cons, really, only tradeoffs. If you don't like remote – don't apply. If you don't like working for a startup and wearing many hats – don't apply.
