      Was stable the time hardly any interaction with the company was good to get your head down and they would not pester you but reviews were often

      Pros

      I felt valued as an employee, supported financially to complete a business management degree which provided skills and knowledge to continue progressing through my career. Really lovely company.

      Cons

      Take over by ESH was difficult, with 3 rounds of redundancy consultations. Successfully retained position everytime, but the stress of uncertainty was not great.
