Low pay. No potential. Management is lax with no direction. People stab you in the back. Gossip. Politics. HR is useless and works against you with management. They have fired many good people, and their best people have left. Dead carcass of a company.

They are sneaky, owners have no concept of how to treat people, the word loyalty is not in there vocabulary. They closed a whole office by a phone call, yes called into a meeting via phone ( not even skype) and walked out of meeting unemployed
