      Benefits package is good. If you get a good manager then it's not a bad place to work at your own level.

      Cons

      Too busy changing everything to keep still. Don't value their own people and pass them over for promotion even at the expense of the business. If you're not part to the clique look out! Not interested in promoting or training, despite all the rhetoric. Dare to try? Yeah right.

      Overpromoting junior staff with no fair and transparent process, lack of knowledge and skill in leadership, toxic work culture, highly pressurised, disingenuous approach to health and wellbeing, lack of credit for work, constant change and restructure due to mismanagement by senior leadership
