Pros

Good location in Heron Tower, City of London Friendly colleagues & co workers Good office with excellent views over London

Cons

-No work life balance. Make no mistake about it, 7 am to 7 pm everyday are the standard working hours -The management can be tend to be deceptive. The job title I was told and the job title written on the contract were 2 completely different things -No real sense of job security. There are many empty seats at the office, the CEO casually remarked about how they were "let go", which seemed a bit odd as the company claims to be quite international with HQs in Romania. Upon my time there, there were only 6 people working in a 30+ office which was something to take note of -The level of pay is not in line with the hours you will be required to work, daily, with no over time and with only 20 days off a year. Of which you can only take 10 days off at a time

Pros

Initial salary offers good. Highly skilled technical staff to work with if you are a Summit pro.

Cons

Big promises on the future, but never delivered. Be warned that big initial salaries are followed by pay cuts within months. Tendency to find that people are redundant days before big bonus/commission payouts. No employer loyalty. Insane working hours expected. Rigid cost control to the point where you are expected to fund some or all of your business travel.
