I enjoy working for a company where you are treated like and adult. Great culture and the staff are incredibly friendly and motivated. The company offers decent pay and great bonus structure.
Cons
Phoenix Flex only applies to certain teams as its all depends on what your manager considers as "business needs" I work a strict 9-5 even though others in the same department under different management work flexible hours.
