High turn over rate, one huge high school drama fest. Management doesn’t care about the employees that truly work and care for the patients. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place that feeds you to the wolves. So bad for mental health!
It’s a job but don’t expect to get paid well especially if you stay with the company for a while they won’t keep up with wages or pay you a liveable wage
