The opportunity for personal growth for all as well as career advancement for those who shine; super nice coworkers, chill workplace, cool culture; caring and uber energetic CEO who is a known expert is sales training and always gives 125% to his employees; great company values and mission statement.
Cons
There really aren't any cons as far as I'm concerned, but then I liked the crazy pace of an evolving start-up. Flexibility is a good attribute to have, inspiration and training is available for those who want to succeed, and there is plenty of fun to be had along the way.
