Business outlook
Pros
Many of the executives and middle management are home grown (myself included). It's a place that empowers people to do their job well, gives opportunity for growth, and recognizes people's contributions. The product is strong and customers value it and our work. There are really good people to work with that care about each other and their customers.
Cons
After years of rapid growth, there's a culture that is very comfortable with change (and embraces it often!). This can cause stress if you're someone who wants to settle-in, and it can be tiring at times to feel frequently in-flux.
