Pros
Some of the people working there that actually deliver the product are very good at what they do and deserve a lot of credit. They deliver some really great results. Without some of them Phunware would struggle to have any product worth shouting about given the lack of tech to back up their claim of being a tech company.
Cons
The biggest con has to be the senior management. There's a lot of airbags out of their depth in the 'senior management' team who are on big $$$ and would sooner throw their team members in-front of a bus rather than look at themselves. It's a massive shame on the company. Lots of the founding senior team have moved on/are in the process of moving on so your direct management can change at any moment. And the management skills of those people coming through the revolving door are not adequate to steady the ship as they scramble around to give the company an identity.
