      Pros

      Everyone is nice at first. There are a few good hearted people in this company.

      Cons

      I wouldn't even give this place a star if I didn't have to. This place is horrible to work for. No one knows how to be a manager, or run this business. There is no system to keep everything running smoothly. Everyone is pressured too much, and then have severe consequences if they mess up. Management WILL yell at you, if you mess up, and people will definitely let you know they don't like you, and will make you feel horrible. This can go on forever. Very stressful place of employment.

      Coworkers, PTO, Experience gained, easy access to management.

      Cons

      Stress levels high due to fast paced production environment. Company growth faster than personnel influx. Salary low compared to workload.
