Work-life balance, unlimited PTO. WFH/ Remote work is available. Great team to cooperate with, various team-building activities. Additional financial support for members to learn and grow. Company value strongly encourage learning and sharing knowledge.

Cons

Relies a lot on cross-function communication, can take up a lot of time even for dev workers. The team cares a lot about cultural fit, could find the environment stressful if cannot fit in.

Build something with positive impact on millions of users around the world. Strong teamwork, creative environment, great office (with free lunch and dinner). Emphasis on improving process and learning new things.

Cons

The PM role requires a lot of communication in both Chinese and English Since the PicCollage app is used by millions of users, need to do lots of user research and A/B tests before pushing out major features. This can sometimes be a lot of work.
