      Waste Company Environment in entire Hyderabad

      Pros

      Frankly speaking, there is not even a single reason why i would suggest anyone to join this company. I will mention the cons.

      Cons

      There are many cons that i can keep writing endlessly. 1. Forcing the employees to write good reviews on glassdoor. 2. Only the Flatterers are given opportunities. 3. Lot of politics goes on in the company. 4. Everyone is under illusion that they are the mastermind and are busy trying to create negative environment even the senior employees. 5. Very important point, there is always a pattern of reverse psychology that is played with the employees and now the good thing is, it is backfiring. 6. If there is work assigned to two persons then intentionally to create negativity one is pulled up and other is pulled down.

      Not even single positive comment

      Cons

      Too much Torture. Too much pressure. No growth. Slavery system. I never saw such a kind of company. No breaks. minimum 14 to 16 hours daily (this is common daily). Not a single positive to praise a company. No Saturdays and sundays. even if we want to take one day leave also it is tedious task. Nobody has proper technical knowledge and repeated work. employees are frequently quitting a job because hectic work. No work culture. Treating employees very badly. management first of all is not good. endless to say. only money minded people. No positive feedback. As a well wisher, Guys..requesting you people please do not join this company. no future. once you join, six months will be notice period.

      Pros

      No pros, psychos working as HR and Managers. Highly attitude with lingustic dominance on other state peoples.

      Cons

      No humanity, they doesn't provide leaves or reliving in any emergency situation. You have to provide your original certificates and they doesn't return at any cost. So many salary deduction without proper reason. Worst company you will be tortured and dam sure you will be gone mad.

      Different people have different thought process. We are positive and our thoughts are positive however Not sure why there is so much of negativity in your thoughts. If there is any issues, employee need to raise the concern with right team and discuss. If someone think without working salary should come or will work as per my wish..That's not going to work.
