      Delusional Vision

      Pros

      - downtown San Jose location - unlimited PTO - great healthcare plan - zero 9-5 structure (also a con when people without kids are the only ones putting in any real work)

      Cons

      - company/products are going nowhere - delusional CEO who "pivots" constantly - very old culture - pay much lower than industry average - no real opportunity for advancement

      Free snacks Great co-founders & CTO Some of the products are interesting

      Cons

      If you're an engineer, avoid working there at all cost Your hard work will never be appreciated. Engineering management lacks good human manners and you won't be treated well! No matter how much you do and how much time you put in, you'll be always asked for more with zero appreciation! Unfortunately that's how it is. I don't think the CEO and CTO are aware of this otherwise they would've certainly fixed it. It is at your own risk to work there. I would say, keep it as your last option. What is worst is that you will be underpaid on top.
