Work-life flexibility fails to compensate for poor leadership

No career advancement opportunities Leadership doesn't even bother to engage with the team 1-1 even once in a year, they show up on annual gala event as if they know everything about the team and what is happening but in reality it is opposite. No formalized compensation or bonus structure, they try to replicate the US process across everywhere in the world which is fundamentally incorrect. They will pay a person more salary who lives in California when compared to someone who lives in Utah or Michigan, but they don't understand this very basic difference is also applicable across geographies. The HR division needs to do a better job in streamlining these processes.
