Coworkers are very sweet and so supportive making the environment a decent one.

Cons

The founder, Simon, has significant control and micromanagement issues. This means that members are unable to work independently, causing stress, delay, and very ineffective use of time. It's a known fact that Simon has a good side and a bad side, and he will use different members of the team as scapegoats when things do not go his way, resulting in bullying, harassment, and sometimes termination. The work environment with him is toxic. I would not recommend anyone to have to endure an experience.

Coworkers are very sweet and nice.

Cons

The CEO is narcissist, abusive, and creates a very very toxic environment. If you thought you were able to do your job you thought wrong. The CEO will gaslight you into thinking you have no talent or skills. He has a huge control issue and will keep changing stuff over and over again while walking back on what he said in the past just to get mad at you for not doing it his way and deadlines being missed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

cool product and some cool team members.

Cons

weird team hierarchy. the team is tight-knit but has no real company structure (i.e., director of ops doing all the HR work), the idealistic/too spiritual founder doesn't know what he wants and is very fickle. also, it's a husband + wife company, and the sister is also a director. strange family business that's not even worth applying to.
