You get to work in all different fields and see what you like the best. You are supported in a team environment and have a design mentor. You have a great potential to learn every aspect of design and become an expert in the field.
Cons
Very fast-paced and stressful agency environment, be prepared to work hard. Management quite rigid on leaving early/days off. Lower pay and fewer benefits compared to typical hi-tech startup jobs.
