      Micromanagement hell. Oppressive CEO

      Pros

      Most colleagues are great, especially in the UK Pay is decent WFH My Director in the UK shielded us from the CEO as much as possible

      CEO is a bully and narcissist, constantly belittling employees publicly and micromanaging every single department. Multiple colleagues have cried after being shouted at Clients hated working with us due to the CEO needing to approve absolutely everything. Month long delays for basic support are common. The CS team still ends up being blamed for client churn Specific benefits were promised when I joined but these never materialised New hires are made false promises to get them to sign on The CEO hires and fires constantly. Staff turnover is insane CEO is a bully and narcissist, constantly belittling employees and micromanaging every single department. Multiple colleagues have spoken about quitting after one sync with the CEO The company changes the bonus structure to make it harder to achieve every quarter

      Pros

      I worked for Pixalate for 1.5 years. I always felt very supported, appreciated, and challenged by everyday tasks. A great team full of competent people with passion and a mission to make the adtech industry better. A great place if you are looking for accelerating your career in adtech.

      Cons

      I'd love to have more team events to socialise with colleagues, but still, there were some.
