Pros

The flexibility of being able to work from home 3 days per week but still have contact with the team is great. Most jobs still want more give that take but Plan Partners is really progressive and staff focused.

Lovely team who really invest in your development and wellbeing. One of the best work place cultures I've come across.

Cons

Call volume can be overwhelming at times. The conversations with customers can also be confronting.
