      Pros

      You get to work on great, exciting projects with very friendly people. Lots of flexibility with hours and getting time back.

      Cons

      If you take the job as a hybrid worker, unless you live in London and can easily commute to the office, you don't feel very included. Travel costs aren't covered which is a huge shame.
