I've been at the company from the early days, I even left for ten months and came back! - Great people and a genuinely supportive culture. - You're given plenty of freedom to run projects your own way. - Real sense of accountability and ownership. - Flexibility working hours. - Company events.
Cons
- There have been some initial growing pains following the company’s recent success, but HR is doing an excellent job helping the team adapt and evolve.

Very understanding management - employees come first

Sometimes this same positive aspect creates "exceptions" to rules and creates a layer of "unfairness" which is hard to manage.
