Pros
Coworkers were friendly and supportive.
Cons
Highly overworked and underpaid. Currently heading toward a 4-year anniversary of working for the company with a recently obtained college degree, PRN, and float making 4 cents above the starting rate. Management was poor and there was significant disrespect among the hierarchy of control. I advocated for the residents and felt as if I was the only one doing so.
