Pros

There is none at all, such a shame. Used to be the customers but now the prices have gone silly they hate us and make sure we know it. (We = call handlers)

Cons

Where to start... this place is utterly toxic, both branches Liverpool and Lichfield. It is a very them and us vibe between the two. The executive level are liars, they are clueless and they simply don’t care. I can only comment on the insurance element, but this is pure poison. The staff are like blood sucked corpses, except the blood it’s the life they have been drained of. By a constant flow of terrible decisions by execs, constant micro managing by managers and non-stop grief from unhappy customers complaining about pricing! (Special mention to them, just because your in or retired from the police doesn’t make you entitled). If this company is still in existence in a year I will utterly amazed.

Pros

I can safely say, hand to god there are none whatsoever.

Cons

Everything about this job is soul destroying, especially management. They assume because they have been there since the stone ages, they know what they are doing, I can assure you they do not. They bully, they discriminate, they make you utterly miserable. (And to clarify I am talking about mangers and team leaders). Totally unprofessional. The customers speak down to staff, blame the call handlers for the terrible rates, but we just have to take it because in the hypocritical company it's all about the "member experience", yet they charge, in some cases double or triple the price of the competitors. My advise the all the "police family" out there, go to Saga, go to Admiral. Finally, if you haven't already notice a pattern here, the head office in Lichfield, all rave reviews for the business.. this is because they are not holding up the business. Liverpool who does the vast majority of the companies revenue gets no recognition, the company doesn't rehire staff after the constant stream of "lucky devils" to find themselves new jobs.
