- Young and intelligent peers and colleagues - Competitive Salaries - Startup, so a lot of career growth could be possible (as soon as they are done with laying off people first) - Flat structure - Great social activities and work/life balance
Cons
- Leadership is failing, making poor hiring decisions, which now led to a series of layoffs. This will repeat if leadership does not change - Poor people management, unexperienced and not matured. - With most workforce very young, there is a lack of accountability or wanting to pick things up and run with it where it falls in their domain.
