      Pros

      The advantage is that the company has recently recruited a very skilled manager and scientist who I am fully confident will bring about numerous changes within the organization.

      Cons

      Despite having a negative experience in this company, I would have remained employed there if I had known that the new management team was going to be hired.

      There's a few nice coworkers.

      Cons

      DANGEROUS: In 6 months there was a benchtop bonfire...and two closed glass pressure explosions...one requiring two layers of stitches from the lacerations. The owner is reckless and asks his employees to perform dangerous tasks with little to no training or concern for safety.

      - No training, no supervision; - Work instructions are contradicting; - Lab safety is not respected; - Embarrassment and humiliation; - CEO/HR of the company is not helpful in solving the conflicts.
