Pros

It's an exciting time for Popmenu in the UK as we expand into a new market! There is a real opportunity to be part of something new and contribute in the early stages of growth - building on the success already seen in the US. Feedback from prospects and customers on the product is very positive. It solves real problems for restaurants, making it easy to demonstrate value during demos. The team is collaborative and results-driven, with a strong focus on building a great culture as the UK team continues to grow.

Cons

As with many startup environments, things move quickly and not everything is fully established yet. Processes and structures are not always in place, meaning you need to be agile, comfortable figuring things out as you go and thinking on your feet.
