      The people here are the real deal. The team culture is collaborative, supportive, and driven. You're surrounded by smart people who actually care about each other and ready to help. I work closely with multiple teams and the cross-functional relationships feel natural and genuine. The product itself is exciting to work on, which makes a big difference day to day. I'd recommend Port.io to anyone, especially who want to work on a meaningful product with a team that has your back.

      I get to work with amazing people in the TLV office. The technology is up to date and you can see management cares about it. culture is excellent with good vibes overall, collaborative environment that values its people.

      Cons

      It's still a startup so things can change pretty quickly.. but it means you can be promoted faster than other places.
