      A very clean and stable environment. The people that work there really care about the patients and coworkers. They have good benefits and reasonable salaries.

      Pros

      The moral at Porter is nice. The employees are treated with respect. They are dedicated to patient care. I would recommend others to work there.

      Cons

      As a Respiratory Therapist, I do not feel I was able to provide services within my scope of practice. I have earned credentials & education. Too many decisions were taken out of my hands. In that respect, I felt like a controlled, crippled therapist.
