Pros

- If you're in your mid 20s to mid 30s you'll love the people; company will be within your age group

Cons

-Bad benefits -Bad pay -Micro Management -Overworking employees to meet deadlines -No career growth for employees - Upper management with inflated egos -Miscommunication between teams -No clear definition on professional roles & responsibility - No standardized process to carry out projects Seriously if you decide to start your career try to avoid staying here for more than 8 months; anything else would be wasted time on your part.

Company has good potential, but lacks the mindset to excel

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with some truly great colleagues here. I was lucky to report to a good manager who was knowledgeable, supportive, and made a good effort to infuse positivity into a (sometimes) hostile work environment. The company, as a whole, also tries to boost employee morale with regular events and outings, which is much needed.

Cons

On the people-side: If you are a star employee, you can get away with anything, which isn't cool. There are a few good people in the upper management, but it's a hit or miss (mostly a miss). This is a small company, but yet the teams work in silos. There is also a complete (often deliberate) lack of communication across teams. On the technology-side: The stack needs a good upgrade to bring it into the 21st century. The prevailing mindset is: if ain't broken, why fix it? But, as a technology worker, this means that you'll be so out of touch with what's going on in the world unless you are proactive enough to keep learning on your own.
