Pros
Most of the colleagues were really kind and respectful, work done by programme and grant managers is incredible.
Cons
- told they were actively against promoting people (mainly women in support roles) - all support roles held by women, men given more opportunities - long term service not appreciated - made a complaint about a hostile colleague making me cry at work routinely and my boss genuinely forgot I made the complaint and never followed it up - incidents of HR making comments that could be interpreted as racist and misogynist
