Pros

A very modern and up to date office. Relatively competitive salary. VERY flexible schedule.

Cons

After working at Powernet for nearly 2 years, I was never given a formal review of any kind. Though the salary seemed competitive, there overall benefits left much to be desired. There is also little-to-no room to grow. The overall morale around the office is rather lackadaisical. The general tone being "I'm not even sure what the company does to make money...". The CEO has pretty much no idea what she's doing and would prefer to shop around on wayfair.com for office furnishings rather than actually run a business. Many of the upper management inherited (rather than earned) their titles through family or inter-office relations, and have no business being in their given positions.

Pros

Flexible job schedule. Work from home on one day.

Cons

Agree with previous review about company culture and lack of leadership. CEO indeed has no clue on how to run the company or respect it's key employees. As a contract employee, I was thrown under the bus along with other employees when goals were not met even though management was at fault for having us work on initiatives that were later abandoned. Managers blame workers when things do not work out so they can save their own skin. Employees promoted based on dating skills and brown nose relations. Stay away from this company at all costs. They are in trouble.
