There is no leave policy here, they will cut your salary even if you are taking 1 day sick leave. 6 days working. You have to submit your mobile before entering into the work permisis. Salary not credit on time, you have to follow up with HR. Remember they will throw you out with out any notice. once your project/ work finished, Same day they will say don't come from tomorrow

They slowly involved in your personal life to disturb it. They do not respect their employee values. They will give you salary two month late. They will not give you salary and any documents when you left the job. They always shout on you for your work. They don't allow mobiles in company premises. They spy on you always. They have employed some employees only to spy on other employee and see with whom they are talking and meeting. They count every sec when you go outside of office premises (for pee too). All 5 star rated reviews are fake. They asked employee to give 5 star rating and review. Please don't join this company if you want to ruin your life and career. Company is only BHOPAL based.
