Pros

Vacation time, benefits, pay is average

Cons

Employee morale has taken a turn for the worse, many employees are feeling overworked and under appreciated. Several have already left. Management's expectations are often unrealistic and unattainable.

First, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Each and every review is helpful to us! But, more importantly, we're sorry you feel this way. Talking with your manager or HR may help find ways to ease that overworked feeling. We appreciate you and all our employees, so we'll continue to work to ensure that appreciation shines through.

Pros

Pros are becoming fewer and fewer, not the company it used to be.

Cons

Incredibly high turnover, 3 Chief UW managers in 3 years, 6 Territory manager in 3 years. Takes almost a year for positions to be filled, meanwhile other team members have to pick up the slack without any additional compensation or even acknowledgement. Small company , so limited resources available to do you job. Some members of leadership have no business being in the positions they are in.

Pros

Finally embracing flex work schedules for some and adding diversity. Nice birthday gifts and picnic.

Cons

Low pay, although they will tell you otherwise. I have a family member at another local Insurance business in the same role, less experience than me, making $30,000 more and pays less for healthcare. HUGE segregation of status and pay based on level. Extremely male dominated in the executive roles with two women directors, who seem to work harder than the senior executives.
