      New city built hangar There was 737NG Nice co workers (working bees)

      Cons

      -Very bad micro management -Management has no aviation experience and unlicensed people in charge (mamagement) -Poor wages - 8$/hr below average -No enough hours -No paid vacation -No benefits -Very poorly treated (slave style) - No overtime -No endorsememts -lies lies lies Long list

      Not so great of a job

      Pros

      Doing different jobs daily, such as, if you are avionics... getting to put on panels, and take off panels.

      Cons

      bad enviroment, micro managing, BAD moral, floor personel treated very poorly, inability to plan a life outside work because the "set" schedule keeps changing, HIGH turnover.

      Toxic Environment

      the people you work with feel like family.

      Cons

      management is toxic shady and unprofessional. will sell out anyone to save their own. managers have no clue what they are doing. HR is horrible and theres ZERO room for growth.
