      I worked at the franchise in ATWATER Market sometimes ago: - The director treated people differently based on their status and origin. I am Asian and I didn’t speak French well at the time so I had trouble with him. - The pay is unfair between employees of the same position that do the same tasks. - No understanding for employees during Covid. - There is absolutely no appreciation for the employees (at least not for me personally, I never felt welcome or appreciated during my time working there). - No value or culture

      start very early in the morning and finish early.

      Cons

      company puts a lot of pressure on productions with few people. so people are overworked. With a shameful 2% raise each year. The one in Vaudreuil Dorion is the worst one. Their kitchen is dirty. a lot of things including fridge leaking water. Large walk in freezer in factory side has no means of escape from inside and there were 2 employees who got trapped inside because some workers put heavy pallets outside of the door so it blocked the door. Its a massive security concern!!! Director changes within a year or 2. People dont stay there long. Its the worst place ive ever worked for. Company doesnt care about their employees.
