Users say... "Benefits are horrible." "Pay is low." "Management is biased and treat us like robots." "There's no room for advancement." ", management unfortunately tends to favor other team members if they have a personal relationship outside of work (management if you’re reading this be careful with that, many employees tend to be unhappy and leave for that exact reason); hourly rates are ok considering that you don’t need a college degree to work here however if you take in consideration that there is no background check, no raise (only if you get promoted) not bonus and certain managers or supervisor tend to speak to you as if you were not human the pay base is not worth it if you can take your talents elsewhere, specially when the amount of gossip within this job is UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional."
