      Marketing department is doing a great job to promote the products

      Cons

      The company is known for losing a legal battle to an employee victim of labor abuse. It is surprising there are not more considering the toxic environment and management. You will be under the scope 34/7. Your performance will be measured by the level of butt-kissing you do to your supervisor. Don't do it to much, otherwise the person above your supervisor will like it and your supervisor will not and make sure you fail.

      Pros

      Good earning "potential", large manufacturing space.

      Cons

      PM's are overworked doing other full time jobs they aren't paid for like manufacturing engineering and product development, resulting in HIGH turnover. No real focus on what the company does as we change direction every 6 months. Owners and management disconnected resulting in the firing of entire teams hired in just over one year. You'll lose market credibility with both customers and channel partners peddling whatever it is they want you to sell this month.
