Pros
The growth potential is exponential compared to other places. Most staff here start off as an intern then quickly rise thru the ranks if they are willing to do the work. You have direct access to management and are encouraged to give your input on all things!
Cons
It’s not an easy job by any means. You deal with a lot of characters from co workers to talent to casting directors so you have to have some thick skin!

- Many skills obtained through working with different departments - Get to work with big projects right off the bat - Warm and welcoming team members - Praise and feedback are present at all times - Work with people from all across the country - Emphasis on rising Asian Representation - Remote

- Not getting to see the team in-person often
