Small minded senior staff who have little to no actual teaching experience and lack the technical knowledge needed to run qualifications effectively. Dismissive of experienced, professional opinions and take them out of context. The delivery staff are overrun with stacked calendars and given abrupt emails about what still needs to be done. Mistakes and behaviours are noted, and you are monitored on camera when in meetings. They preach a positive work culture, but is quite the opposite, with a very 'pally pally' culture, where if your face doesn't fit, you'll be singled out. Staff training is basic at best, presented as if it were coming from a textbook, with no real depth. Decisions made by senior staff are obscure and lack justification, which comes across as very unprofessional at times.

MD seems obsessed with day to day micro management of staff instead of looking at bigger picture to grow business. Nepotism. Need I say more Poor remuneration. I realised this was not a professional environment and got out quickly retention is poor. Avoid
