Pros

This company is one of the worst contractors I have ever worked for. The average tech brings home 500 a week for 65 to 80 hours a week. You have to pay for your gas to and from each job . If you make a stop while in route to a job that is 30 to 50 miles away to use the bathroom . They will not pay you for the miles . The piece rate is a joke . Your paychecks never add up , they wipe billing codes left and right with no explanation . Your hourly rate changes every week no matter how many hours you worked . They lower your pay so that the overtime gos in there favor . This company has had several overtime lawsuits that they settled. All you have to do is do a google search about this company and you will see all the lawsuits this company has for unfairly treating there employees . Also if you are ever injured on the job they will fire you.

Cons

Management sits in the office all day long surfing the web , They get paid to do nothing .

Pros

None. Maybe taking your truck home is half a positive

Cons

Too many to list. Let's start with the major. Pay is terrible. That's why they have all these lawsuits. They will penny pinch you and not pay you correctly for your piece work. When it's brought up to management everyone pretend like this can never happen, you're getting paid for what you do. Yes they will short your pay, start asking questions and see what happen. They provide the cheapest tools possible. They give you a drill that can't drill thru brick or wood so how you suppose to do your job. That's why on a dewalt you switch it to a hammer drill to drill thru brick or wood, this drill like a toddler's drill. The project manager will say well other ppl use their own personal drill lmao what a joke. You will work long hours but not getting paid for it because it's piece work. No one in upper management have a single clue about fiber so who's training these techs. If everyone here is clueless about fiber, they definitely can't train you how to properly do your job. Dispatching is terrible. Absolute idiots. Always running late to jobs because they scheduled you 4 jobs back to back with a 20-30 min drive to the next job. Come on dummy of course everyone will be late to their appointment. Project manager have zero fiber or cabling experience lol. HR and management will lie to you about how much money you can make to hire you on. Vice president another idiot, zero fiber experience smh. If Google picked this company, it says a lot about who is running Google fiber.

Pros

What Pros? There are none. Oh it’s easy work.

Cons

Review the title it says it all! The Worst experience I’ve ever had with a telecom company, no leadership in management, the hourly rate is $15hr, they pay production but you don’t really make production due to the fact that you sit around all day waiting for a splicer which then means you make NO MONEY. This company is a joke GOOGLE/ ALPHABET should be ashamed that PrinceTelcom has the contract. Look elsewhere you have been warned. Oh and BTW if you finish you jobs they’ll give you more work from other techs that are behind they don’t care if you’ve done 10 jobs by 5 they’ll keep giving you work. Management at this company is a joke .
