Pros

On the positive side, you will come across some good colleagues who genuinely help each other. However, the downside is that these connections may not last long, as people often disappear suddenly (frequently due to being fired by management). At the same time, you will also notice employees who have been working there for more than 25 years. You may occasionally get good food two or three times a year, usually organised by employees themselves through small get-togethers within the company. Although, you are expected to bring your own food (lol).

Cons

The company often feels less like a professional workplace and more like a school environment, where employees are treated more like students than experienced professionals. Leadership is heavily centred around one individual who positions himself as the sole driver of the organisation. While there is frequent talk about guiding employees in the “right direction”, the approach often feels unconvincing and lacking clarity. The management style can come across as rigid and discouraging, and at times, the overall culture feels unnecessarily negative. A considerable amount of time is spent in meetings that feel unproductive, with many of them dominated by one voice rather than encouraging open discussion. There is also a noticeable expectation to accept decisions around salary and workload without much room for conversation, which can feel limiting. If you are considering joining, it is worth looking into the experiences of former employees, as feedback is often not very positive. High employee turnover is another concern, making it difficult to build stability or long term professional relationships. You can consider the time spent in this company as a life lesson where you learn patience and gain exposure to corporate life. When attending interviews, make sure to ask as many questions as possible about work culture and anything else you want to clarify. The experience you gain here will stay with you for a long time and may even haunt you.

Pros

1. You will grow rapidly and gain a lot of experience in a short period, but this often requires sacrificing your personal time and potentially impacting your mental health. 2. The team is very nice and helpful. Everyone is close and supportive, possibly due to the challenging company management environment. 3. Line managers are friendly and approachable; however, their influence with the CEO is limited, which can impact their ability to support both you and the team effectively. This results in the team being managed directly by the CEO, a structure that can be less efficient, challenging, and toxic.

Cons

1. There is a very high turnover rate due to the challenging interactions with some specific higher-ups. It is common to hear unprofessional language, including swearing, cursing, and sexist remarks from some management boards. The overall environment reflects a strong sense of MISOGYNY. 2. Be cautious of claims from the company (HR) that negative comments on Glassdoor are solely due to employees' problems. The issues mentioned in those reviews are REAL and do EXIST. 3. The company appears to lack or even zero understanding of current social media and Gen Z trends. If you are tasked with managing social media, be prepared for potential challenges and misalignment, which could lead to significant stress. Please say no to it. 4. No hybrid working. No training. No benefits. No performance review. No career goal. Be careful that almost everything they say is just a pie in the sky. Employees always feel overworked and undervalued, akin to being treated as mere labor without recognition or support.

Pros

The company offers no benefits to its staff, which explains why the workforce is dominated by either juniors or employees with over 10 years of tenure. There's little to no room for career progression or balance. It’s a cost-cutting organization that prefers overloading employees with manual tasks rather than investing in efficient CRM systems that could streamline the workload. As a result, you'll likely feel undervalued and overworked, with little regard for your time or contribution.

Cons

The most significant issue with this company is how poorly it treats its employees and the toxic workplace culture. There have been multiple reports of sexual harassment, and management is problematic at best. They often speak about employees behind their backs, and you'll only receive attention from them if you've "earned" their respect, which is rarely the case. Management is driven by inflated egos and fosters an environment where personal beliefs are strongly enforced, making it uncomfortable for those who don’t share the same views. Socializing outside of work is frowned upon, and you’re likely to be judged negatively for even mentioning going out for drinks. The overall atmosphere is unsafe and hostile, especially for apprentices, as there’s virtually no support structure in place—just one person in HR. Employees are often subjected to shouting and profanity in the office, creating a highly unprofessional environment. Moreover, the company frequently disregards legal regulations and compliance standards, with teams discussing employees inappropriately over company channels. It’s hard to understand how the company stays afloat given the lack of professionalism and constant risk of legal violations. The majority of people still working there seem either desperate to leave or have grown accustomed to being mistreated. You’ll be shocked by the views and behaviors prevalent among staff. Expect long hours (9-6) with unpaid overtime, and during peak periods like Q4, the company will provide meals as a form of compensation for the extended hours. However, don’t expect any real benefits or acknowledgment for your hard work. In short, I would strongly advise against applying. The lack of support, toxic culture, and overall disregard for employee well-being make it a place you’ll likely regret being a part of.
