Pros

The company offers no benefits to its staff, which explains why the workforce is dominated by either juniors or employees with over 10 years of tenure. There's little to no room for career progression or balance. It’s a cost-cutting organization that prefers overloading employees with manual tasks rather than investing in efficient CRM systems that could streamline the workload. As a result, you'll likely feel undervalued and overworked, with little regard for your time or contribution.

Cons

The most significant issue with this company is how poorly it treats its employees and the toxic workplace culture. There have been multiple reports of sexual harassment, and management is problematic at best. They often speak about employees behind their backs, and you'll only receive attention from them if you've "earned" their respect, which is rarely the case. Management is driven by inflated egos and fosters an environment where personal beliefs are strongly enforced, making it uncomfortable for those who don’t share the same views. Socializing outside of work is frowned upon, and you’re likely to be judged negatively for even mentioning going out for drinks. The overall atmosphere is unsafe and hostile, especially for apprentices, as there’s virtually no support structure in place—just one person in HR. Employees are often subjected to shouting and profanity in the office, creating a highly unprofessional environment. Moreover, the company frequently disregards legal regulations and compliance standards, with teams discussing employees inappropriately over company channels. It’s hard to understand how the company stays afloat given the lack of professionalism and constant risk of legal violations. The majority of people still working there seem either desperate to leave or have grown accustomed to being mistreated. You’ll be shocked by the views and behaviors prevalent among staff. Expect long hours (9-6) with unpaid overtime, and during peak periods like Q4, the company will provide meals as a form of compensation for the extended hours. However, don’t expect any real benefits or acknowledgment for your hard work. In short, I would strongly advise against applying. The lack of support, toxic culture, and overall disregard for employee well-being make it a place you’ll likely regret being a part of.

Pros

• You'll get really good at dodging bullets and gaslighting. Those skills might come in handy someday, right? • You'll become an expert at identifying red flags and bad management. • The HR staff here? Simply stellar. They'll regale you with tales of their multi-million-dollar turnover numbers from the golden days of yesteryear. Those outdated financial statements with all their zeroes (do give companies house a peek) are just so... captivating, you might just be tempted to sign your soul away. And that HR person interviewing you? They've mastered the art of being economical with the truth, all in the noble pursuit of roping you in. But fear not! Should you ever stumble upon the bleak reality of this modern 'corporate' wasteland, resigning with ample notice is always an option. After all, the benevolent leadership here would never even dream of spitefully firing you just to dodge your contractually obligated severance. And when they decide you've served your purpose? Expect a cosy little meeting in a room where you're kindly asked to bring all your belongings. They'll bid you farewell with such grace, asking you to exit without mingling with the mere mortals of the office. How very considerate! • Oh, did you catch Printerpix dazzling cameo on the renowned BBC Watchdog TV programme? With sheer audacity, they whipped out a COVID-themed excuse, brilliantly skirting around that pesky little habit of swiping customers' cash without delivering a smidge. It's not just evasion; it's an Olympic-level dodge! • And for those craving some community drama, there's this uproarious Facebook group where droves of the company’s "utterly thrilled" customers gather to vent, rant, and swap horror stories of their trysts with the company. Think of it as our fan club – if fans were armed with pitchforks and blazing torches!

Cons

• This company thrives on deceiving and misleading its employees and stakeholders. • There are no boundaries. The lines between professional and personal, right, and wrong, are constantly blurred. • There is no accountability. Mistakes go unaddressed, and there's a lack of responsibility at every level. • There is no due process. Decisions are made arbitrarily without proper procedures or fairness, whilst attempting to give the impression of rigorous due process. • All the senior management run the company like a despotic dictatorship that makes North Korea seem laidback. Dissent is not tolerated by the CEO. • You'll love the inspirational religious wisdom from this wise CEO. He takes time out of his busy schedule to send thoughtful missives on sacred Islamic holidays, teaching employees of all faiths about virtues he claims to embody. He does not. • On ‘training day’, the CEO's mantra is victory at ANY cost. • Incidentally, just after ‘training day’ the same week, at least two women handed in their resignations. • Management practices extreme psychological warfare and gaslighting against employees. They will emotionally tear you apart limb by limb. • They coerce their own customer service staff to fake reviews and lie to customers. In Q4 2022 they boldly advertised ‘guaranteed next day delivery’ for Christmas Eve, knowing very well that this was physically impossible. • The culture is dominated by ruthless, backstabbing snakes. It's like swimming in shark-infested waters - trust no one. • Pay hovers around minimum wage while executives line their pockets. Benefits are nil. Read other reviews by former employees. If you come across a positive review – it is fake. • Work/life balance is non-existent - they own you. Expect 10-12 hour days plus weekends in Q4: with zero appreciation from senior management. • Turnover is catastrophic. People flee this disaster zone as soon as humanly possible. The only ones that stay are those that are fearful of not finding another job, lack self-respect and / or enjoy being humiliated by senior most of the so-called management. The place is a revolving door. • Discrimination, harassment, bullying, and abuse prevail unchecked. Laws and ethics don't apply here. • Working here is like having your soul slowly crushed. The stress is immense. • The CEO’s presence is always draining. • Office culture is oppressive and cutthroat. Teamwork and support are rare. • Higher-ups are wildly unprofessional and unethical. Discrimination is rampant. • The most senior management exhibit classic narcissistic tendencies, prioritising their own needs and desires over the well-being and concerns of the employees and they love to exaggerate to degrade the value of employees’ work.
