Pros

I will start with the good: - One free mental health day every quarter (free day off).

Cons

The bad: - Management is all over the place. They constantly change expectations from one day to the next. - The 2 people running the company are not BCBAs - During my first month of working here I was assigned/removed from cases almost weekly (families need stability) - HORRIBLE training. You essentially sit through training and don't have ANY hands on experience. This results in having BIIs with NO experience on the field. -They expect you to do everyone else's work for no pay (for example: I had to add/delete appointments/ make sure the right codes were on there even though that's scheduling's job for NO PAY) -FRAUD (I was expected to conduct assessments that were only supposed to be conducted by the BCBAs and then have them initial the assessment). - HIGH turnover, BII's left weekly due to the company (they were expected to pick up equipment with NO pay, etc.) - They take advantage of hours (parents have told me they bully them into committing to more hours even if they don't have any time. When they say no, the company threatens to cut services). - I was expected to write reports on cases that were not mine (without ever seeing the kiddos). The list is endless, this company as a whole should be reported to the board, there is a lot of shady stuff going on.

Pros

If you love working with children and making a difference in their lives, this is the place for you! Supervisors are very supportive toward therapist and client needs. Client progress and therapist support is on the forefront of each supervisor. Even if you’re coming in with no prior experience, the company (management and supervisors) will take time to teach you all that you need to know! Management has an open door policy and are open minded and supportive toward any difficulties and questions someone may have. They care for all of their employees. There’s direct deposit, paid vacation, paid sick leave, medical, dental and vision! Schedules are flexible and the company does their best to accommodate therapists with cases that are closer to their home. When you work with a difficult client and then see them progress, that has to be one of the greatest feelings in the world!

Cons

No cons to report. I love my job, coworkers, supervisors and therapists! Your supervisors are always very receptive to feedback!

Pros

Lets be honest you are here for the kiddos and cause you hate customer service as much as I do.

Cons

Management sucks at conveying information. I have to drive twice as far now cause covid made my last family all online. Never once got asked if I wanted to do it.
