      - Good technical knowledge and a nice place to learn. - Unique products to work on but you won't have a personal life. - HR is good and managing with good policies. - Good Work culture and friendly staff. - Yearly trips and parties. - 1 Month notice period and monthly/quarterly company updates from CEO. - Fun filled Friday, birthday celebration, Leave approvals. - A company has expanded a lot in small time,

      Cons

      - Work life balance is major issue - They will make you work like hell even on weekends when they want to launch their product and earn money. - No compensation, no overtime. - False promises for shares and nice future.

      Full of politics,no professionalism in the workplace Slow pace of work. Micro management. Not process oriented No appreciation. Legacy systems are still there. Bad and biased management. Unnecessary pressure on some projects arising mostly dude to inefficient methods of working. Nothing to learn

      You get to learn a lot when it comes to work(but depends on who you're working with) The founders are good and are approachable Good hikes every year depending how you perform and how you build your rapport with your team and the manager. Flexible timings

      Cons

      There are few people in the mid management who have made promobi their home and they act they own the company. No professional etiquettes - so it will be difficult for you to cope with the environment if you're coming from a company with corporate/professional environment. Careful about the feedback that you give to the HR, because it will definitely not make any changes but might as well backfire on you once the manager finds out.-Seen this happening a lot. Typical startup hire and fire attitude. No proper hierarchy setup Also careful if you're planning to join the marketing team. You never know when your manager will smack you on the head as he tends to lose it quite often.
